				2004 R-CALF Saddle Raffle Winner	Allen Badure (r), Belvidere, S.D. presents the saddle to the lucky winner. Baxture Badure, Belvidere, S.D., makes and donates the intricate masterpiece each year as a fundraiser for R-CALF.
				Capitol Steps 2-17-04	Ranchers from across South Dakota pose for a picture on the steps of the capitol while the South Dakota Stockgrowers Association Board of Directors meets with the Governor. At least 300 ranchers drove to Pierre to lobby to protect the current brand inspection program.
